In January of 2011, I found an ad on Craigslist for a 2005 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. I called Mike and he stayed late at his family owned and operated shop so I could take a look at the Rubicon. Mike did not pressure me at all to buy it right then and encouraged me to take my time making a decision. He was up-front about the price he paid for it, the amount of money he put into it, and what he stood to make out of the deal with the price he offered me. It was a VERY good deal. He was able to answer all the questions I had about the Jeep and even some I would not have thought to ask. Two months later, I have had zero problems with my Rubicon. It has proven itself off-road and is about to be taken on the trail at Big Bend National Park. This is the first Jeep I have ever owned. Let me start by saying that dealing with Mike was a great pleasure. I found a 2007 Harley softtail deuce on craigslist that he was selling. Even though I wasnt ready to buy one till next year, and just looking to get some ideas, I decided to call him due to the fact that this bike was absolutely beautiful with 700 miles and at a great price. After a couple conversations with Mike I made up my mind, I'm buying it! Coming from Cleveland, Ohio I was naturally concerned about how upfront and honest Mike was with me on the phone but I took his word and came down a few days later. Well its been a week since Ive been home with the bike and it is awesome! Mike never pressured me about buying the bike and the bike was everything that he said. No surprises when I got there and none now, except that I think I love this bike more than he said I would. I traveled 2800 miles round trip for this bike and it was worth every mile. Mike and I have stayed in contact a few times via phone text to see how everything is going with the bike. I usually buy used vehicles from a private owner because the whole ''used car salesman'' thing really bugs me. Mike and his staff don't fit that stereotype though. This was my first time looking into buying a Jeep and had been looking for almost two months. I saw one Mike had for sale and loved it.
